RMATVMC: Bogle finds his flow in Seattle

Team Rocky Mountain ATV/MC -KTM-WPS made a return to the West coast as round 12 of the 2019 AMA Supercross season traveled to the Emerald City of Seattle, WA this past Saturday night.

Blake Baggett started the night in a familiar spot as he blasted out of the gate in his heat race, leading the field into the first turn to grab the holeshot. He soon found himself in a battle that encompassed the top five riders going back and forth for position.

After a slight bobble that slid him back a few spots, Blake took the checkered flag in 5th place securing a spot in the main. Being stood up on the outside of turn one at the start of the main event, Blake worked his way from the tail end of the top ten early in the race. The Scott goggles supported rider set his sights forward and mounted a charge through the field to a 7th place finish at the checkered flag.

“It was an ok night,” said Baggett. “I felt good out there tonight, just didn’t get the start I needed and didn’t start moving forward until mid-race. We’ll keep chipping away at this as we are still right there in the championship and ready to get back onto the podium at Houston next weekend.”

Justin Bogle utilized a good start in his heat race to race inside the top ten. He would ride with confidence, as he worked his way up to 7th at the checkered flag to secure a spot in the main event.

Justin’s would ride a solid main event. After rounding the first lap buried in the pack, the 51FIFTY Energy Drink supported rider turned on the juice and worked his way up to just outside the top ten to finish 11th at the checkered flag.

“I was feeling the flow tonight,” said Bogle. “ We made a few changes during the week and I feel we made progress this weekend. We’ll continue to move forward, be ready for Houston and the triple crown next weekend.”
